LIMF BIG BOYS DONT CRY - Jackson’s Lane, London.

  • Jackson’s Lane Theatre 269A Archway Road London, England, N6 5AA United Kingdom (map)

BSL INTERPRETED PERFORMANCE

Adam and Dik are men. But they don’t feel as if they fit any macho stereotype that society seems to offer.

Using potato crisps, puppets, dead bodies and action men they take us into the beating heart of the modern male and attempt to answer the burning question: what maketh a man? Nature or nurture? Mind or body? Cheese ‘n’ Onion or Prawn Cocktail?

Big Boys Don’t Cry, the new show from the makers of Coulrophobia (LIMF2020) described by Total Theatre as an “endlessly watchable, sublimely entertaining double act,” is an emotional and comic story about manhood.

“A fabulous and totally mad adventure” Plays to See (on Coulrophobia)

Find laughter, tears, love and even more love in a personal and honest show that looks inside the dark bag of a real man’s story in a euphoric explosion of colour, dance, clowns and puppets.

“Two performers at the peak of their clowning powers” The Wee Review (on Coulrophobia)

Manly to a fault.
